International Business Conference «Business Coaching: catalyst for development and growth»

This is the 3rd conference on coaching in Belarus and the 1st one fully dedicated to business coaching. This time, the main theme of the conference will be the answer to the question: "How does coaching help to speed up the development and growth of employees, managers and companies as a whole?"

Professional managers have made a disappointing discovery that management as a management concept is dead. The existing schemes and solutions in business (staff, customers, partners, etc.) management don’t work any longer. Orders and instructions, control and complex system of incentives, social support don’t not have the desired effect that is a progressive and continuous improvement of efficiency profitability and growth.

Is there a leader who can say with confidence that his personnel are ready push themselves to the limit to achieve the company's goals for the next year? What should be done for this to happen?

Some companies that made the leap from "good" to "great" think that the only way to solve this problem is to involve people in the system of meanings and values of the organization. Conference "Business Coaching: catalyst for development and growth" gets together business representatives and business coaches to learn on real case studies the successful experience of coaching implementation and application in business.
